Competition Schedule

For our 2011-12 competition year we will be holding fourteen evenings of competitions plus one End of Year competition. On six of the evenings we will include the Color B Digital Projector, Color A Digital Projector, Color Salon Digital Projector and Open Mind Digital Projector contests. On six other evenings we will include the Print and the B&W Digital Projector contests. We will also have two evenings of Digital Projector Theme competition. Two entries will be allowed in each of the categories per evening per member. Three entries will be allowed for the Themed competitions.

Awards are given for the winners of each contest and for the cumulated points total for each category. An End-of-Year competition is held in June from entries previously submitted during the previous ten evenings of competitions. For the End-of-Year contests, you may submit three entries that had been previously submitted in the year's regular competitions but only if you have had a minimum of six entries submitted in the regular competitions.Entries must be submitted prior to 7:50 P.M. on the evening of the competitions. Entries for the Digital Projector categories must be submitted by email one week prior to the competition. Competitions begin at 8:00 P.M. in the Technology Building of the main campus of Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY. Click here for travel directions and a map of the area. Come and visit – Guests are Welcome at all meeting with the exception of the model sessions. Only members may enter work into exhibits, competitions and critique sessions.
